As mentioned above Avalon Bluff is located on the south side of Lafayette. It is just down the road from Veterans Memorial Parkway, which features many restaurants, a Wal-Mart, Monster Golf, and much more. Moreover, the community is about 10 minutes from the Tippecanoe Mall and 15-20 minutes to Purdue University.
